A Note from the Pastor
Throughout 2012 we are intentionally emphasizing our core values from the Royal Ridge pulpit:
- January: Prayerfulness

- March: Joy and Hope
- April: Goodness of God
Currently in the month of May we are emphasizing Honor.
This statement by Bill Johnson so excellently captures this theme: "A culture of honor is celebrating who a person is without stumbling over who they're not."
May we all become much more intentional about cultivating and releasing a culture of honor.

"Free Prayer" Outreach
- Sat. @ 10am, meet in the Royal Ridge sanctuary for prayer and preparation.
Patti Friedlander writes:
I am well aware of how to live in this physical body. It is the spiritual part of this being that has captured my attention. What is possible through me in the Holy Spirit? How can I move with His promptings? I want that to be the new "norm."
Oh Lord, let me discover You in me more and more!... not for my sake, but for the sake of those who have yet to enter into the Body of Christ. I get one chance on this earth to be all that You have made me to be--to impact the world with Life. Oh Lord, have Your way!
If He's prompting you to join us, please do. This is the day He has made--a day of salvation--a day to break the chains that bind. And we get to co-labor with Him in His work of Life. He will do it! Yes, He will! And we will walk away with a new "norm."
Let's meet at the church at 10am. From there we will head to downtown Portland and conduct our outreach in teams. Plan to be out on the streets for two hours, ending around 1:30pm. FMI, call Patti at 839-4496.
Groundbreaking Prayer
- Sat. @ 6:30pm in preparation for Sunday services.
Sunday Services
- 10am: Pastor Turpin will be ministering. An offering will be received for missions. This will also be a day for the dedication of children. Jason and Joy Mercier will be leading in worship.
- 2pm: French-English Service. Pastor Marius Thete will be ministering.
- 6:30pm: Andrew Earle and Pastor Turpin will be teaming up to bring a special message related to the "baptism of fire" spoken of in Matthew 3:11. Jason and Joy Mercier will be leading in worship.

Upcoming Events
Special Service with Miranda Turpin
May 27th at Royal Ridge in the 6:30pm service. Miranda Turpin, a revivalist from Bethel Church (Redding, CA), will be returning to Royal Ridge for a summer of ministry. Over the past year, Miranda has been ministering in the realm of the supernatural in California, England and Maine. Come expecting an encounter with God and His kingdom.
Conference with Chris Overstreet
June 16th - 17th at Royal Ridge. Chris Overstreet serves as outreach pastor for Bethel Church in Redding, California. Chris is passionate about an intimate relationship with Jesus, out of which flows a lifestyle of ministering the Kingdom of God around him. It is common for miracles, salvations, and life transformations to be taking place as a result of Chris living his life, and encouraging and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry. This event will be jointly hosted by Royal Ridge and MoveME School of Supernatural Ministry.
NNE Church of God Campmeeting
June 20th - 22nd at Royal Ridge. Hosted by Bishop Dennis and Judy Page. Guest speakers: Dr. Tim Hill, Pastor Gerald McGinnis and Pastor George Moxley. Morning and evening sessions will be conducted. Make your plans now to join us!
"Firestarters" Conference with Kevin Dedmon
July 5th - 8th at Royal Ridge. Kevin Dedmon is a ministry leader at Bethel Church in Redding California. Kevin teaches various aspects of Kingdom revival theology, including Kingdom foundations, and New Testament theology in the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. He also teaches practical ministry courses on divine healing and leadership development. Kevin also oversees the Treasure Hunt outreach, in which students are equipped, empowered, and activated for supernatural evangelism. He is the author of Firestarters and The Ultimate Treasure Hunt: A Guide to Supernatural Evangelism through Supernatural Encounters, and Unlocking Heaven: Keys to Living Naturally Supernatural. This event will be jointly hosted by Royal Ridge and MoveME School of Supernatural Ministry.
